Step 03: When the fund has collected $500,000 in commitments, we’ll request deposits to activate your investment.
Understanding the Process
Investor Questionnaire: This is your written commitment to invest in the fund. No money is deposited yet at this stage.
Funding Timeline: We group investor commitments together until we reach $500,000 in total. Once that total is met, we’ll request that each investor execute their commitment by depositing funds.
